Which is the largest bird of prey?

The Andean condor, found along the Andes mountains of South America, has one of the largest wingspans of any bird of prey, reaching up to about 3.3 metres, and is among the heaviest flying birds. It is a vulture, soaring on mountain air currents to scan for carrion below, and can glide for long distances with barely a flap. Revered in Andean cultures, it can live for over 70 years. The Eurasian and Himalayan vultures are also contenders for the largest raptors.
