When did Concorde make its last flight?

Concorde, built jointly by Britain and France, entered passenger service on 21 January 1976. It cruised at about Mach 2, more than twice the speed of sound, flying from London to New York in about three and a half hours. Only 20 were built, including six prototype and development aircraft, and just 14 flew in airline service. The crash of Air France Flight 4590 near Paris on 25 July 2000, which killed 113 people, together with falling demand after 2001 and high maintenance costs, led to its retirement. The final British Airways flight landed at London Heathrow on 24 October 2003.
